El objeto del contrato lo constituye la redacción de dos proyectos de construcción: Bloque A: arquitectura, instalaciones y reposiciones de la estación ferroviaria de la Sagrera y urbanización imprescindible. Bloque B: arquitectura e instalaciones de la estación de autobuses, accesos viarios subterráneos, urbanización de cubierta dentro y fuera de sectores y la parte del parque de Sant Martí.
